How we are handling COVID-19

Since the pandemic, we thought it would make sense to provide this information in case you have ordered or are thinking of ordering from us.

Our supply chain

All of our products are made in the China and our fulfillment partner is conducting thorough and frequent health and cleanliness checks. All associates at their fulfillment centers are required to wear gloves and safety masks. They are also requiring any outside personnel entering the facility (including vendors and drivers) to wear Personal Protective Equipment and undergo a temperature check.

Importantly, they’ve ensured that their employees are taken care of with extended sick pay, a suspension of the attendance policy, and additional support.

Possible changes

We expect a slight delay in shipping due to the additional measures our partners are taking to ensure your health and the health of their employees.
